Our temescal (Mayan sauna) is available for guest use ... just let us know ahead of time and we will have the wood burner fired up.
Giselle and Eduardo Cofiño
Eduardo is the owner of Gringo Perdio, as well as being the Assesor to the President of Guatemala, in charge of ecological development in our region.
Anne Lossing
Anne is the manager of the hotel.
Alfonso Coronado
Alfonso is our Assistant Manager and Head Waiter.
Reina
Reina is our Head Chef and is in charge of all aspects of the kitchen management
Apolonio Guevara Rodriguez
Polo will be serving your meals and in turns, is night guardian.
